At The Shoelada, we want you to walk with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear in original packaging. If your new pair isn't the perfect fit, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original shoebox and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
